I made WI for Sept (goal is 154) but last week I was over my 2 lb limit (156.4) & that is no bueno. Yesterday's WI I was 151 (3 lbs under goal). You know how I stress about my WIs so this has helped me to relax. Ideally I want to be and stay anywhere in the 140's. Another 2 lbs and I''ll be 149. As for eating more food--naturally I am all for eating as much as possible while remaining at LT--that is the trick right? The book says once you get in a groove and omit sugar and processed carbs you pretty much won't have to worry about quantities. I however will measure & track this for quite a while just to be safe.
