Introduction Text I live in Florida have been married to a great guy for the last 32 years, 2 grown kids and a Nana to a beautiful Granddaughter Haleigh and Grandson Kaleb. I want to lose weight get healthy to be around to see them grow up.

Continue to move forward and not backwards. Exercise and eat the right foods. Have a positive attitude about myself.

Start logging food again. Start going to the Gym again. Stay motivated and focused. Start liking who I am regardless of my weight because its not WHO I am.

I'm 49 live in Fla married to a wonderful guy Harold with two great kids Nicole and Robert also I have a beautiful granddaughter Haleigh which is a big part of me finally doing this life change I want to be around for along time to come.
