I continue on a long, long plateau which I jut broke through in Feb. I am not looking for the ideal weight but I am looking for a weight that I can be comfortable with. My goal did have a long term date involved but I will re-set as the time comes near. So let's just say I am a work in progress and I am enjoying life to the fullest right now. I have had several set backs with family losses, my health & disabilities but I am working on doing a little pushing! Pools & water are my love but got little time there this winter. Even though I didn't do as I hoped, I made a very important goal to me and now have my sight set on a smaller and doable goal of 16#. I have spent 28 yrs in TX. & planning to return to MN. in the spring as we usually do. I now need to take care of me and lower my stress sources.
I am so thrilled to have gotten this far and hope that I can con't. to stay on a healthy path of life.

My Goals:
On a long, plateau. Finally broke it. Grand total lost is 101# !!! Back on the long plateau and looking to break it soon. I still want to lose so not at my final goal.

Final Goal is to be at a weight that I am healthy & comfortable with my inner self.


My Program:
My updated goals for the 2nd round of wt. loss.

1. Calorie tracking
2. Increase in walking
3. Continue to break bad habits and learning new healthy ways of living.
4. Enjoy the small gains of energy being felt.



Personal Information:
I am Eileen from MN. I enjoy chatting but not usually on line until evening.
I am a retired registered nurse and have 3 kids and 3 g/daughters. My husband (of 49+yrs.) I love the kids, spouses and g/kids dearly.


Other Information:
I do counted cross stitch, crocheting and reading as crafts. We are avid campers and plan to have many road trips as well as winter in the south. Can't say that I stay off the computer but try to limit my time on slow moving days.
