Get healthy and drop a few pounds 63 to be exact.

 I eat 1660 calories to 2010 a day. I work out using a Crossbow and the Wii.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog about Walmart and new window shopping. Yeah we have been looking for a bit since we will be doing a particial redo on our home.
    Yes you are right and everybody does deserve a 2nd chance. My son even use to work for Walmart but I never have a good time when I go into the local one. When they first opened they were great. I just don't have much luck with them, the store not so much with the people who work there. There is always something mismarked and no one ever seems to know how to fix a problem.

    Thanks for the comments on my blogs. I was never competitive athletically...just mentally (ie Scrabble). But I did beat myself up for not being better. Now that I've made the shift from competer to completer, there is a whole world of possibility that I never saw before.
