My Spring Wellness Plan
My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.
Meal timing
- Largest meal at midday.
- NO food after 6:30.
My Movement Plan:
30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY every day
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking!
~Flexibility - Yoga, Qigong
~Step goal 8,000+/day
Other
Ayurvedic self care practices.

1. I am a Nana!
I would like to -
2. ... be able to physically do what I want to do as I get older like play with my grandchildren.
3. ... avoid future health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes.
4. ... hurt less and move with more ease.
5. ... hug my knees and breathe at the same time.
6. ... complete the ADK 50 waterfall challenge.
7. ... be able to hike further.
8. ... have more energy.
9. ... feel more confident.
10. ... finally feel comfortable on a yoga mat!
