My name is Mandy. I am 28 years old. I am married with one toddler daughter and two teenage step kids and a pre teen step kid.
When I met my husband I was 135 pounds. Then I got pregant got all the way up to 198 pounds then I went to 180 after I had Isabella now I am stuck at 152-155 I am only five feet two. I've hit my plateau at the same time winter got here. I hate the cold weather and snow but it wont last for long I think if I maintain my weight between now and spring I will be happy. I have been exercising but it just going up and down the same five pounds. I don't get it.
anyhow I am giving sparks people a go and hoping that this year is the year I get back to my normal body. I'm always looking for new friends especially in grand rapids michigan but if your not from there that will be ok too. age and location do not matter to me it's the friendship that's important.

My Goals:
goal number 1
*to loose 30 pounds

*to journal my feelings down when related to food

*to make friends

*to get active for my daughter and step kids

*to be a trophy wife for my husband even though he thinks so all ready but I want to feel like I am one

to get into my wedding dress I never got to wear because I was pregant when I got married so I was too fat to wear my size 2 wedding dress sighs.

My Program:
haven't figured it out yet. I just kinda can't keep with one thing I'm always changing things up a bit.

Personal Information:
I have a chromosomal disorder called digeorge syndrome.
I also have post tramtic stress disorder and depression. which makes loosing weight that much more difficult. I have come a long way in the past year and I'm stronger now then I was then.

    emoticon I wish there was someway to help you. I remember burning the candle at both ends. It does not help the health at all. I encourage you to actually sit or lay down and close your eyes for a few minutes frequently throughout the day. Keep your healthy goals in mind. The cleaner you eat the more energy you will have. Best of luck.
