Get er done!
I'm a single 33-year-old girl, who is wanting to get back down to my ideal weight. I love to dance which has helped keep most of the extra lbs off but I'm finding it isn't enough anymore. I'm open to any encouragement you have! Losing weight is hard for me because its hard to get into the habit of eating healthy and working out consistently. But I'm finally starting to get there as I find things I like to do that are healthy!

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to a "healthy" weight. To me healthy means a weight where I feel comfortable in my own skin and proud of how I look.
My Program:
I'm doing cardio at the YMCA during my lunch hour and going to Curves for my strength training after work. Between the 2 gyms I've been averaging about 4 workouts a week. I'm also using the Curves diet plan to eat healthy.
Personal Information:
I'm a Colorado native and love it here. I love to read, watch movie, and taking my dog on walks. I'm not a very outdoorsy person but I try to get out more in the summer months.
