I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

This is a link to let SP know how you are feeling about the new team page.
I know there are many people unhappy, so the best thing is to let the higher ups know.
I'm going to send you a message since I can't get the link to work.

Hey, you never know about those purses and shoes. Things keep coming back into fashion emoticon . But you are right about the feet. They do change with age, or maybe it's the shoe industry.....Mine started to change after I gave birth to my daughter 31 years ago. I went from an 81/2 , 9 to a 10. Now, when I can get them I take either a 9 wide or a 91/2. Unfortunately half sizes are not very popular here in Canada (don't ask me why!!) and so are hard to get. I do have a bag of clothes ready to go, mostly my hubby's things, with a couple of old purses too. Even found some things that my son had left behind when he moved out and doesn't want anymore., oh and toothbrushes (new ones of course) We always get a new toothbrush when we go to the dentist, but we both use electric, so I put them in the bag, unopened!!! emoticon

WHAT A NICE MESSAGE! I'm so glad you are feeling on top of the world from reading the info on snacking. My snacks today included celery and peanut butter and then this afternoon I had Greek yogurt and a little lemon. A person needs to eat enough to keep the body from thinking it's going into starvation mode. When I put info on the team page, I never know if it's going to be useful. But now I know that at least one person found the links beneficial.
Hope you are having a great day!! emoticon
