I'm 75. another years has gone by, so now I am 75,and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on oxygen at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a farmers wife and engaged in as much of the farm as I can, and understand. We do have some livestock, sheep, 8 miniatures horses, and goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

Thank you for your kind words on my SparkPage. I am going camping this week and I'm so excited. Even though the 5% will start Saturday, I am hoping to be able to keep up with posting on my phone. Have a blessed week!

Thanks for the blog love about getting a covid test. Sparkers are the most supportive people ever! I'm also hoping that I do not hear from them. But I can also check the portal - I just have to find my login information as I have not used the portal in about 5 years!

The anhingas and cormorants are interesting. As we were watching them yesterday, husband said it’s really not fair that they can both fly and swim underwater. The fish must get surprised. We sure saw a lot of them, swimming, diving, and hanging their wings out to dry.
