I'm 75. another years has gone by, so now I am 75,and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on oxygen at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a farmers wife and engaged in as much of the farm as I can, and understand. We do have some livestock, sheep, 8 miniatures horses, and goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

Nothing this classical singer recognized! It came with an overhead shower, the big round flat kind, plus a handheld one. Ours is Safe Step. It was our one big indulgence when mom’s estate was settled. There are others with a variety of prices.

It was really too warm for open windows in the 80s, but there was a breeze, and I put a fan in the bathroom. I had a few ceiling fans on. I just felt better having workers in the house with fresh air circulating. The cats were not happy. Mickey went in the front bedroom on his own, so I closed the door after him. I scooped up Grayce and her basket to stick her in. Miss Moppet is so little, she’s pretty easy. She couldn’t hear the commotion, so she went right to sleep in her cushioned basket. Mickey is so laid back, he was fine. Grayce was VERY nervous and couldn’t wait to be let out. We were lucky that it all went smoothly. They started early and finished early.

Hiya, hope all is well in your corner of the world. I laughed when I told the dogs it was cold out this morning at 57, and thought of what folks in colder regions would remark. But to us, it feels cold. We get down to freezing and occasionally snow

I'm protective of my credit card too, but Chewy is on the short list for me. I've been using them for a few years now and never had a single problem.
