Introduction Text Losing weight is going hand in hand with healing my whole self. Learning to love myself, accept myself, forgive myself. It takes determination and hard work but Spark is helping me adopt a lifestyle change that seems to be working.

Starting in January 2010, my first goal was to lose 18lbs which I did after six months. YAY! Maintained weight for eighteen months. YAY! Then I entered an emotional phase and put it all back on! Starting January 2013 I wanted to lose 18 pounds.Then I had health issues, chronic fatigue and diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a couple of surgeries and fertility problems so things got delayed. Starting 2018 with a similar goal. I'm gonna do it this time! And hold it there.

Nutrition and Fitness tracking. FITNESS I go to my women's gym at least three times a week and want to crank it up to four or five. I do HIIT class, kettlebell, circuit training, step class Yoga at home at least twice a week. Gentle walks with my dog every day. NUTRITION Nutrition tracking and currently off sugar and chocolate. A generally low carb diet with very few grains/nuts/pulses cos my body reacts badly. I basically follow the Blood Type O diet (Eat Right for Your Type) as I like the science and it seems to suit me. A HOLISTIC VIEW Working on healing emotional issues using a variety of therapies, remedies and tools.

When I was thirty five years old I recovered memories, confronted my family, nearly all of whom rejected me. i now do have some limited relationships which I am extremely thankful for. My family are my husband, my pets, my friends and my spiritual world. I live with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I manage all my conditions with holistic therapies remedies and tools including flower essence
