Hi guys my name is Sarah I am 31 from, UK.

I am the proud mother of a beautiful hyper 4yr old

At the moment i weigh 172lb and am a size 14/16
I also suffer from extreamly high blood pressure and take tablets daily.

My ultimate goal is 135lb
My mini goals are 5lb at a time
