Enter some information to describe yourself here.Hi everyone I am a mom of five children and trying to take some time to get my body healthy again. I am very muscular for a woman so I am trying to slim down and look great for my new age of forty. I can't wait to hear about all of the future health journey from all of you.

My Goals:
The goals that I have for myself is to lose at least twenty pounds for the year of 2016. I would like to get rid of soda out of my diet also. I would like a healthy lifestyle that will promote good health and attitude towards a new me. This will be a lifestyle change that is a reward by itself.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goal. What I will do to meet my goals, join the 30 day health challenge to start me off, and change my meal plans, just eat healthy, I will start off slow to remove foods that are not good for me and work my way up, so that I do not stress eat. I will reward my myself monthly by buying a new outfit for my new beginning.
