Thank you for the comment on my page! And kudos to you for not binging yesterday. It's so hard to stop once you get started. The best thing for me is not to get started in the first place.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I actually enjoy strength training, for the most part anyway :), so it's imperative that I fit in at least 2 sessions a week. I've been doing strength training since the beginning of my health and fitness journey so I really don't know how I'd feel without strength training in my weekly routine. I like seeing the muscle tone and the feel of the burn while working out the muscles :).

Thanks so much for the message on my page. It's always so nice to hear from fellow Canadian runners. It's nice to know that there are others out there who feel the same about Terry Fox. His Marathon of Hope was so inspiring and he is truly a hero.

I have been wanting to do the NYC marathon for a couple years now. I wanted it to be my first, but I didn't get picked in the lottery. I'm going to try again this year though. Something about that particular marathon speaks to me. I just moved from Ontario to B.C., but I am hoping to be able to fly home to run Niagara again this fall. I just love how scenic the course is and the fact that the finish line is right at the falls. That's so nice that you are out there cheering along the course. Any plans on running the race?
