Milestone this week! 6 months into the current program and I have lost 42 pounds again... This is the first time I have lost so much in one streak. That's the good news. I am still 10 pounds into obesity - that's the not so good news. But by summer's end I plan to be well on my way to normal weight range! 158 by September 1!
