Fitness Minutes: 64,126

My Goals:
I've lost 30 ounds and I'd like to like to lose the rest by June 1, 2014, which would mean 1lb a week..

Workout 1 hour a day.

Walk in the morning.

ST 6 days a week

Dance Practice 3x/ Week

Be published by City Lights with 2 finished (to be edited) books of poetry (SF; pub'd Ginsberg, etc.). Penguin would also be acceptable!



My Program:
I am a Challenger of Hogwart's Hufflepuff

I was a Determined Daisy Fall 2013 & Winter 2014

I am a Turquoise Titan in the BLC Warmup

I was a Violet Virtuoso in the BLC

I am an Orchid Oasis in the BTS

I completed the Skinny Jeans Challenge!

Program includes walking outdoors, Leslie Sansone, restorative and other types of yoga, Pilates, dumbbells & body weight ST.

Eating clean whole foods, avoiding processed foods.

Drinking 8 cups of water a day.

Taking a multivitamin and vitamin C gel (cured my cracked feet!) when money permits.

I would like to get a ball but have no place to put it.

Improvising with a furry green shag mat for a yoga.

Other Information:
I am a dedicated professional musician and you will find me in the afternoons honing my craft. I'd like to do it all day but the neighbours won't allow it, so in the mornings I'll just dance, quietly, lol!

I am a professional actor and currently attending improv workshops.

I am perfecting Garage Band Skills at Apple weekly and learning more about my computer (starting May 20).

I hope to move to the States by July 2014.

I have graduated from programs in Professional Theatre and Film Studies and have an MA in English and creative writing.

You can find my work in several publications including Leonard Cohen: You're Our Man, The Toronto Quarterly, Lemon Hound, and Hidden Lives: coming out on mental illness, which is a text in schools in British Columbia, Canada.
