This is my first progress pic! Not a huge difference but it is the first time I can really see any difference 😀
With another 10 lbs gone I thought I’d do another progress pic. 25 lbs makes a pretty big difference! I’m excited to start 2019 so much closer to my goal weight!
To kick off the new year I’ve set a challenge for myself - 30 workouts in 30 days! I’m going to be doing Jillian Michaels Shred and I actually remember to take some before pictures so hopefully I’ll get some good results!

Thanks for your observations on my post on the community feed. That if I kept up with over 4 lbs a month, it could equal 60 lbs in a year! Nothing to sneeze at for sure! I wish you continued success over your journey.. you look wonderful and must be feeling better each step of the way! 486 days ago
