My Goals:
Doing the Spring 5% Challenge my exercise commitment is
mon- wed-thurs 30 min cardio and strength training
Tues and fri, sat, sun 20 min light cardio

My Program:
 Tracking my food and exercising at the gym and at home. Joining challenges that will keep me accountable.

    on the right side of our team page is a title...
    Team Stream
    under that is a drop down window...make sure you have it as "Show All"
    Click "Go"
    Below the Huddles and Blogs there is a box the says
    View Huddle Wall/Huddle Now
    Click on that.
    The Huddle window will come up
    You can add your own comments or use one of the ones on the list.
    After you've made your choice, click on the submit box at the bottom under the list.
    Voila...You've posted a Huddle.
