I need the help.
I've gained alot of weight back due to running injuries and general lack of motivation.
I'm back, logging my food, working out when and how I can and looking for motivation and inspiration!

    Hey! How goes your pre-race life? Hope you are relaxing and enjoying the build up to the weekend. Are you a fan of the expos? I deliberately leave my wallet in the car so that I don't buy stuff I don't need...

    It is warming up a bit here on the East Coast... the snow is melting down a bit so the roads should be clear for running soon.

    Will be thinking of you and your race - can't wait to hear how it goes!

    Hello - hope your taper is relaxing. Sounds like a great time in life to get out there for a big run! Finishing grad school is big though - congrats. Hope you have some celebration plans in the works too!

    My training was okay this week - the weather didn't cooperate with an outside run though (or perhaps I'm just being a big baby about a little cold air...). I'm not too stressed about it - I just need to let my speed goals go and I know I can do the distance that way. Not like I'm ever a speedy racer, I'm more like a slow-and-steady turtle.

    I'll hold a virtual sign for you on your race day so picture me yelling GO HEATHERSTEW at the top of my lungs right at the top of a hill! Can't wait to hear how things go for you.

    How was/is your weekend? When do you start to taper for the big marathon? I'm so excited for you!

    Things are busy here but I got some running/cycling in yesterday. I'm worried about my half marathon on the 17th but I'm confident that I'll rally as best I can... I hope I can get some longer runs in this week so that I feel better.
