My name is Amber I'm 33. I am a wife and a mother of an 8 yr old daughter. Just want to be a feel healthy. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I want to show her healthy ways to eat and live. Hopefully, then she will lead a healthy life as well. We have been trying for a second child, but it hasn't taken yet. I believe my weight is the biggest problem. Hoping after I have lost some weight we will be on our way to a bigger family.

My all around goals are:
1. Lose enough weight to have a baby.
2. Lose enough to no longer be pre-diabetic
3. Be able to keep up with my current and future children.
4. Live a long life for my children
5. Teach my husband and children a healthy way of life through example
6. Love myself
7. Feel confident in who I am and how I look.
My Program:
This weeks:
1. Try and stay within my calorie range.
2. Not binge at night
3. 10 min on my exercise bike a day
4. Walk half a mile every day when possible
5. Bike an extra 10 min when I can't walk
6. Try to drink 9 cups of water or more a day
7. Strength training 3x a week
8. Get my house just a little cleaner every day
