Since my thirteen I have problems with weight. I tried some diets but not very well successful. On December 2005 I joined SP and since then I sticked to the diet and the weight dropped 58lb, the levels of colesterol and triglycerides dropped, the blood pressure reduced. I fell myself much better. But I didn´t reached my goal.
Now I'm 51 years old. Since I lost weight many things have changed. I didn't run before and now I use to participate on Marathone's. I didn't like to go to the gym, now I enjoy to be in the gym.
I stopped the diet because I needed to get toned, my body got plenty of skins. I went to the gym, I got toned but I had put on weight, because I was eating more. In the first 18 months I maintained the weight but in the next 15 months I put back 17 lb!!!
I have to reach my goal that is157 lb get toned and after keeping my weight for the rest of my life. So it's time to restart now again.
I learned the rules to follow in Spark People and now all I have to do is keep my motivation to follow them and keep it as a routine.
2018 back again to the final goal. Now more strong in the gym with a brilhant PT that makes me very motivated.

My program is track my food intake, go to the gym 5 days a week, avoid sweets.

Personal Information:
I'm 58 years old, married, 2 daughters (28 and 31), portuguese.
Working full time.

Other Information:
To loose weight is to gain health, beauty and feel much better with yourself.
And it depends on your motivation.

    Thank you, I wish you also a Happy Year with the most of your wishes realized.
    This last year I had put on weight emoticon . Now I'm 81 Kg which is too much for me. But I have no time for track everyday, I'm attending French classes at lunch time and I get to the gym after work on a day basis, so when I arrive at home at 21 o'clock I even does not switch on the computer.
