Fitness Minutes: 42,932

My Goals:
To lose my belly, I walk 3.5 miles daily. Play soccer two nights a week, but carry extra belly weight even though my legs and arms are well muscular defined.

My Program:
 Eating better, by tracking.
Increasing my cardio and core flexibility.

    So glad you took a peak at my treadmill set up. Not sure how to adapt to using a computer with it. The height is a little high for me but perfect for DH. I am undertall not overweight.
