My Goals:
Goals + Daily Action = Achieving Your Dream

1. Eat a more plant based diet.
2. Eat more fiber - over 35 grams per day
3. Move every day
4. Reduce sugar consumption



My Program:
Your limitation—it’s only your imagination.

Exercise Plan

Aim for 60 minutes of exercise per day.
*Strength train at least 3 times per week
*Cardio 3 times per week
*One day per week active rest day - usually Saturday
*Practice yoga/pilates daily

Nutritional Plan

*Incorporate more calcium rich foods into diet per doctor's instructions.
*Track food and measure foods instead of estimating portion size.
*Continue to aim for 35 grams of fiber a day.
*Stay within Sparkpeople's recommended daily calorie range.
*Eat until 80% full,



Personal Information:
I turn 60 in 2021. I am married and still work as a CPA. However, I am dreaming about retirement more and more. I have two grown children and no grand kids at this time. I do have two fur babies - Maximus and Corky.

    Hi, Fae Thanks for visiting my blog. I understand what you mean, as I often am over committed. It's one of the reasons I haven't accepted an offer to be on a leadership team, although I am always very tempted to say yes. I was really pretty burned out after losing the 25# during our Awesome As Winter Challenge. It was a hefty goal and I was working at it 11 hours a week (and now contributes to some of my stress to get ready for my audits, though I don't regret taking the time for me. It had to be done). During our Spring Challenge, I found myself doing the minimum and really just maintained, re-gaining 3#. I needed an attitude adjustment and a commitment to get me through to our Summer Challenge. Biggest Loser will do that for me until our Summer Challenge starts up. Hope you enjoyed you r much needed vacation after a busy and lengthy tax season! Have an awesome day! emoticon

    HI Fae, this week it'll be in the cabin/house on the river which goes right into a lake very close by. A friend who's still coming up, will be mostly there during the day, not at night. So it lead to do we want someone else coming up? YES the friend I share the car with!! WOOHOO!! WOW!!!

    Our tent will be in on Monday, we'll be home on Thurs. NO DOUBT we'll go and set up the tent either Thurs or Friday. LOL Te may even set it up in her living room!!!
