Introduction Text I'm 67yrs old and a 18 1/2yr breast cancer survivor. I suffer from neuropathy due to Taxol (chemo drug) with pain throughout my body most of this time. Surgery on both knees 27 years ago + bad hip began to limit my exercise ability. Got it replaced on February 15, 2017. Knees will be next but my ortho doc said I can go a couple more years. I have started and stopped with Sparkpeople so many times over the past several years. Glad it is here when I need some support and friendship.

To go from size 22 pants and 2X tops in July 2014 down to size 10-12 pants and medium shirt. (Feb 15 2015 = XL tops and 16-18 pants) (Jan 1, 2016 - still at the size of 2/15/15) (12/29/16 now wearing size 14 pants and some medium shirts. 1/26/18: put back on 16 lbs 1/24/17 to l 11/17. Now down 9.8 and same size as 12/29/16 Goal is size 10/12 by my High School 50th reunion....Yikes! Increase strength endurance and flexibility. Improve general health and well being.

Low carb eating + protein shakes 2-3 times a week made with Garden of Life Fit + other ingredients I add. Changed to a more ketogenic eating plan (fewer carbs and more fat) 11/17. Began short (13 to 18 hour) intermittent fasting 12/17. Good results and feeling healthier.

67 years old, divorced for 29 years. Two children: son age 41 and daughter age 38. Son married 12/07. Daughter will never marry. No grandchildren. Used to do "gypsy" style belly dancing at Renaisance Faires. Practicing Catholic Christian.
