I'm 67yrs old and a 18 1/2yr breast cancer survivor. I suffer from neuropathy due to Taxol (chemo drug) with pain throughout my body most of this time. Surgery on both knees 27 years ago + bad hip began to limit my exercise ability. Got it replaced on February 15, 2017. Knees will be next but my ortho doc said I can go a couple more years.

I have started and stopped with Sparkpeople so many times over the past several years. Glad it is here when I need some support and friendship.

Goal is size 10/12 by my High School 50th reunion....Yikes!

Increase strength endurance and flexibility.

My Program:

    May The Road
    Rise Up To Meet You

    May the road rise up to meet you.
    May the wind be always at your back.
    May the sun shine warm upon your face;
    the rains fall soft upon your fields
    and until we meet again,
    may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

    emoticon , I'm glad you tried on the wrap around skirt after 2 years. Looking at your pictures, wow, you were tiny... I don't think I've ever been that skinny. Congrats on your 30 pound weight loss. I've been having some difficulty with my weight loss. Since I started strength training it's been so much harder for me to continue losing weight, I'm working on it though.... I won't give up, wish me luck!
