LIVING MY DREAM LIFE
Started getting healthy 4 years ago and lost 53 pounds! Have had major life changes including career change, major move, loss of 3 cherished cats (my children). Have regained 20 pounds through giving in to comfort eating to combat stress. Time has come to start living my Dream Life
Started getting healthy 4 years ago and lost 53 pounds! Have had major life changes including career change, major move, loss of 3 cherished cats (my children). Have regained 20 pounds through giving in to comfort eating to combat stress. Time has come to start living my Dream Life

My Goals:
While I have many goals, the important ones are:
1. Get and stay healthy
2. Obtain and maintain a healthy and flattering weight through diet and exercise
3. Establish and maintain healthy lifestyle to include exercise
My Program:
There are things I can do every day, every minute. I am focussing on the following:
1. Interact with SparkPeople DAILY
2. Log all food eaten DAILY
3. Plan and carry out effective exercise at least 3 X per week
4. Reward myself when I reach small goals with non-food items
5. Decrease stress by increasing sleep, eating and exercising appropriately
6. Increase happiness by doing all of the above and engaging with life and with other people more
Personal Information:
1. My favorite things on the planet are CATS. I have 3 precious feline children.
2. I am a dental specialist and if I am not careful, my work can consume me.
3. I lost 53 lbs while using another site who is shutting down.
4. I've regained 20 lbs and want to lose it again with SparkPeople's help.
