It's my journey!


Hi, SparkPeople is awesome! I have met so many encouraging and supportive people here. I have learned a lot about how to manage my lifestyle and how to reach my goals. I am getting healthier every day.

I kind of had a long lapse and haven't been on in a while because I got sick and then lazy.. but I'm getting back on it, oh yeah!

 I'm using bodybugg to monitor my activity, daily steps taken and calorie burn. Burn more than I eat, that's the program.
