Hello Friends! Today is a new day for me. I finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired of being overweight. I was tired of my clothes not fitting and being out of shape and unhealthy. I need to lose 145+ lbs. I have no doubts that it can be done. It is a matter of choosing to put myself first for once. I have been happily married for over 20 years and have 3 amazing children. Everyone else in my house is skinny and healthy. It's time that I join them. As I have learned on my journey in life, we have the power to change at anytime. Well now is my time.

My Goals:
Starting Weight: 370 lbs.

Goals: I would like to lose 145 lbs. , but if my body will let me lose more I will as long as I am healthy.

Mini Goals are important too!
1st Mini Goal: Lose 25 lbs. by June 5th, 2016. Accomplished May 23rd, 2016.
2nd Mini Goal: Lose 20 lbs. by July 4th, 2016.


My Program:
Basically I am taking a combination low carbs and low calorie approach to weight loss. When I lost 80 lbs before my magic number was around 1200 calories a day and I ate anything I wanted as long as it fell into my calorie goals. This time I am starting out by using very low carbs diet with only consuming 1200-1500 calories per day.



Personal Information:
I am a people person who has always been one to help others. I have done some life coaching in the past as well. I am hoping to inspire and help others with weight loss. I know it can be done. It is so important to love yourself enough to take care of you.
