Try to focus on that we are in the midst of changing our lifestyles and that it is not an easy process! It will take us time and effort to reach our goals, but we will reach them. It is important to remember that we are human and not perfect. We need to stop expecting perfection of ourselves and become more accepting when we get off track. It's normal to get off track, whether it be in food, fitness, or even attitude and motivation. The only thing we can really do is accept the reality of what we did and immediately put ourselves back to work. I've faced getting back on track many times - just read my blogs! Just don't quit. Stay focused on your goals, determined to reach them, and positive that you will. Remember - you have many friends here who care about you and want to support you. Sheila
