Ah I remembered to put write 201it3.
On the 3rd of Oct. 2012 I had a stroke. w as taken to a hospital and air lifted to a hospital near Dallas TX. Just because you are in a big city hospital does not mean that you are in good hands. After an MRI I was told that I had many leasions in my brain and that if there are that many that I have cancer somewhere else. They found more leasions on one of my kidneys. I ended up having brain surgery by one of their best. HA! If he is the best we are all in trouble. While in recovery that jackass came in grabbed the bandage on my head and jerked it off along with a handful of hair and I felt everyone of them being ripped from my head along with some stapes, I would like to meet the Jackass that decided stapes were better than stitches so that I could staple his balls to his leg and then let me rip them out three weeks later, which is what they did with the staples in my head. It hurt like hell and they ripped some skin with it and started it bleeding again. They told me that I had cancer, then said that I didn't have cancer, then said that I didn't, they wanted me to take treatment then said that I didn't need it, then asked me what hospist that I wanted to use. Like I said before just because you are in a big city hospital does not mean you are getting the best treatment. I had a friend that went to local doctor and was told she had cancer he sent to the city, they told her that she did not have cancer. Less than a year later she died of cancer. So who can you trust? I still suffer from headacks and back pain. The medications that I got from the local hospital took care of the blood clog that caused the stroke and reversed the effect of the stroke. I had long hair now it is about 1 inch. I hope that no one ever has to have that bastard Dr. Brent Morgan work on them.

My goals for 2009 were:
To lose down to 130 lbs.
Well, I didn't make my goal, but my new goal is to get down to 160 in the year 2010. I will worry about the rest when I reach this goal.
Learn new exercises.
To keep the weight off.
Get in and out of the tub with ease.
Lose my fat stomach.
Eat to live not live to eat.
Be more active in Church.
Save for a short trip to somewhere.
Look good in my cloths.
Run for 10 seconds.
Run for 20 seconds.
Read a book.
Make a quilt.

Goals reached:
Weight down to under 200.
Tie my shoes.
Care for my feet.
Feel good about myself







My Program:
Learning how to count calories, and learning how much I can eat and what not to eat. I am walking everyday, and increasing the distance walked. Also adding exercise to my daily life and do strengh training.



Personal Information:
I live in the house where I grew up, in the middle of small town in Oklahoma, where everyone knows your name. I have three dogs and puppie on the way and a cat. I enjoy reading and studying my bible each day. I love and collect old Black and White movies. I attend the Seventh and Beach Church Of Christ and have many friends and family members there.

    You're doing really great. Sometimes it takes just a little change to get out of a rut. Try changing your exercise routine. Switch days to do certain things. Your body gets used to it being worked on in one way or the other after awhile so it needs a few surprises.
