Still trying to change


I thought it was about time to change my introduction on here since it was about 2 years old and things have changed. I discovered Spark about 2 years or so ago and did really well on it until my husband and son lost their jobs. I became very depressed then and because of the loss of income I lost my Spark and stopped eating healthy and exercising for almost a year. I'm back on and I feel so much better. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and since I've started taking better care of ...
I thought it was about time to change my introduction on here since it was about 2 years old and things have changed. I discovered Spark about 2 years or so ago and did really well on it until my husband and son lost their jobs. I became very depressed then and because of the loss of income I lost my Spark and stopped eating healthy and exercising for almost a year. I'm back on and I feel so much better. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and since I've started taking better care of myself I have not been suffering as much from knee pain, and have started walking some without the cane and have even started dancing.

I'm a grandma of one and mother of 2 and have been happily married to my absolute best friend for 24 years.

Fitness Minutes: 6,031

My Goals:
Just getting myself healthier.

My Program:
 One day at a time baby, one day at a time.
1200 to 1500 calories
My 8 glasses of water per day.
At least a half hour of cardio per day. Which I will start to track daily.
Strength training daily.

Avon Representative,
Avon Unit Leader. Which is why I'm always so busy.
Northampton, PA area.

 Favorite music: everything but opera.
Favorite movie genre: horror/science fiction.
Favorite book: The Stand by Stephen King.
Favorite hobby: crocheting.
