I started SP in 2008, I have had good years and bad ones. But I always ends up on the down side and weight more than I ever did. I retired in August so I now have no excuse for not sticking with this but haven't done it yet. This is a new year and I am going to try harder to make it happen. So you will be seeing me around more .
I gained all my weight back and I feel lousy. So I am making this the year that good things happen starting with my weight and health.

I am going to make small goals, like loosing a pound or two a week instead of thinking of the 50-60 pounds I need to loose.
I'm taking 1 day at a time and hope it's a good day...

My goal is to have a healthier life style with starting with changes in eating and exercise.
My Program:
I eat healthy and stay within my nutrition goals. I get at least 30 mintues of exercise in 3 x week, but more when I can.
Personal Information:
I AM FROM CENERTAL PA. I have 2 lovely granddaughters ages 10 & 8. A son and daughter. My husband who is also my best friend.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading when I get the time. I love flowers but can't grow them. My husband has the green thumb. We enjoy camping .
