I have belonged to SP since 2005. I have lost and gained weight more times then I care to remember. I am not going to think about the past and I want to go forward and be positive.

I revamped my page and deleted my blogs and decided to start a journal.

My name was newmepa for a long time then I changed it to my present name.

I am working hard to lose weight and I wanted a clean slate

I am well on my way and I am feeling very positive with the support of everyone on SP. Thanks

Updated - 5/27/2015 My weight is out of control again. I know what to do and I will do it. I eat when I am upset and that is what I have been doing.

Update 7/4/2015

I have lost 15 pounds in 40 days. I am taking this one day at a time. I want to lose at least 10 - 20 more pounds. I am going to take my time doing it, so I can keep the weight off this time. I know I will do it with the the help of everyone on SP. Thanks for all your support and encouragement.

Update 7/20/2015

I have not worked out in over a week. I have been dealing with the flu. I will wait until I get my strength back and I will start exeercising again. I am down 20 pounds now. I want to lose 20 - 30 more pounds by the end of the year. i know I am well on my way and I feel great.

Update 12/16/2015

I have lost a total of 44 pounds and I am maintaining. I have never felt better in my life. I owe it all to SP and I will be forever grateful.

Update 1/18/2016

I am starting another year on SP. I have made many new friends and I have achieved pretty much what I wanted. I love clothes shopping now and I feel much better about myself. I receive many compliments on my weight loss and I love it. I do remind myself to be humble, thankful and never to let my guard down. I never want to be where I was at this time last year.

    Thanks for stopping by my 7/7 blog. I iron weekly some of the clothes, like daughter's work clothes, hubby and my shirts, his shorts, pants, and whatever ends up in the laundry that needs ironing. I DON"T iron sheets, pajamas, or things that say "do not iron." I've gotten into the habit of ironing when my grandmother used to iron hubby and my clothes weekly. I guess I was spoiled that she did that for me. Now I've picked up the habit and so....
