Introduction Text Hi, My name is Sharron. I am in my late 50's. I live on the western slope of Colorado. I am an outdoor person who loves to hunt, fish, camp and ride ATV's. Another passion is cruising. My hubby and I raised our Grandson, Logan for the first five and half years of his life. A year ago I found out I have MS.

I would like to lose one or two pound of fat a week. Not water, not muscule. I am drinking eight glasses of water a day. Cutting back on red meat eating more veggies and fruit.

I workout at home with videos, and own my own. I do have WII several times a week with several differnt programs. I am riding my bike and also bowl several times a week.
