Introduction Text HI! I am a gram who was surfing the web looking for a calorie counter and found SP's site. Looks hopefull! I was sent by my Doc to Giesinger bariatric clinic last week and I really would perfer to NOT have surgery but I have a spinal disease and am in a W/C. So loosing weight would help SO much but I have tried and tried so often and exercise in a W/C is hard to accomplish where it seems to be of any real effect. So having found this site I am hoping to Give and Recieve some encouragement and perhaps even make a friend or two along the way. GOD BLESS

1.Track my nutrition 2. Increase my water intake daily. 3. Make time for exercise and To lose this weight once and for good.To be able to have a better place for the Lord's Holy Spirit to dwell. Have more energy and be able to enjoy my family more. Over all JUST BE PLAIN HEALTHIER!

I am tracking my food daily and Becoming more aware of what and how I eat . And Praying Praying Praying!!!

I am 55 yr old Gramma. I live in Williamsport Pa The home of the World Series Little League. I am a Christian and Grateful for it! I also have some challenges other than my weight such as being in a wheelchair and have osteo arthritis and degenerative disc disease All the more reason to loose this weight And I will w/ God's grace and a little help from my friends

I like reading, cooking and studying God's Word. And I am determined to never feel sorry for myself!
