GOAL: Lose 5%, 15lbs. Action Steps to Goals 1. 10,000 steps daily 2. Drink Gallon, 128 oz of water daily 3. 5 freggies daily 4. Strength training 3x/week Emotional, binge eater here. Lost weight and gained it back so many times I am losing count but I refuse to give up. Depression, anxiety and grief are my biggest enemies. I'd really like to get off this rollercoaster.

My Goals:
1st Goal - 5% = 19lbs
So far 2.7 on the treadmill is as fast as I will go. I did do 3.0 for the duration of one of my favorite songs. That was fun for an interval!

Goal 2 - 10% - 37 lbs Goal Met August 2015

I'm using 3.0 as a walking standard, 3.5 for prosperity. I'm pushing myself with 1 minute at 5.0mph. I've started using the C25K app and I'm getting my 5k in 52:48 as of, August 19, 2015.

Goal 3 - 15% - 55 lbs
Goal 4 - 20% - 74 lbs
Goal 5 - 25% - 92 lbs
Goal 6 - 30% -111lbs
Goal 7 - 35% 129lbs
Goal 8 - 40% 148lbs
Goal 9 - 45% 166lbs
Goal 10 50% 185lbs



My Program:
10,000 Steps daily. Usually spend a hour at the gym doing cardio and stretching. I'm just starting to lift weights again.

I'm tracking what I eat using the SparkPeople App for Android. Love it!
