September 2018 Update: Same as 2017 I wasn't ready in 2017, So I'm at it again.

2017 Update:
I'm back on Spark after trying this on my own for 1-2 years. My goals for the next 3 months are to get back in the habit of counting calories, and journalling my weight loss struggle.
