Dr. asked me to lose some weight, so I'm taking the opportunity to get back on SP where I successfully lost weight in the past. I want to be healthier and feel good about taking my shirt off at the beach again!

 Eating less calories than I burn and making it to the gym 4 times per week. I'm also reducing my sugar and carbohydrate intake and increasing lean proteins.
