    Oh NO!!! Don't let my blog dissuade you from trying Zumba! It's an amazing workout, and do you want to know how I got into it?? I have a girlfriend Tiffany who weighed roughly 280 when I met her, she told me she was bound and determined to lose the weight, get control of her life and she was going to try any and every class at our local YMCA til she found her fit. You know what she decided on? Zumba! She tried it, loved it and dropped roughly 30 pounds in 6 weeks (she was also eating right and moving more, she was quick to let me know it wasn't Zumba alone). I was blown away, I kept saying I will try Zumba when I am smaller, when I am more coordinated, when I am...you get the picture. She stayed on me dragged me to a class and I was hooked! It doesn't matter if I can't move as well as everyone else as long as I am moving, it doesn't matter if I feel like a puddle of noodles when I am done or that I stop 50 times during the class to get water..I am moving. Buying it from my home was a way to get in a workout when life seems to busy. Please don't let my blog be your deciding factor...try it (at least 3 times) and do it at your pace...if you don't like it fine, just don't let me be the reason you decide not to.

    Hi ~ love how supportive you are of me! Thanks! Yes, lots to do in the rain today! I was so surprised at myself for going back out after I came home to change into my workout clothes! The old me would have chucked it! But the new me got on my swim suit and went for a great water workout! The pool floor has been out of commission for a month so I was excited it was fixed! I'm beat from it now! Still need to eat dinner ~ thank goodness for leftovers! I made 2 wonderful recipes this week: Turkey and Black Bean Sloppy Joes and Chicken and Artichoke Pasta. YUM! So I have a choice to make since I have both left over! Nice!

    How are you doing with everything? Here's to sunny skies and warmer weather!
