Hello all, my name is Gina. I am a mother of three beautiful little girls. I love to ride my quad, camp, and spend time with my family. I am trying really hard to be a great example for my beautiful girls and hopefully help them avoid my same heartache.
I am joining Sparkpeople at the highest weight I have been at. I have always been overweight, but after the birth of my last daughter I have gained 80 pounds. Eek! I am working hard and I know that with support I can do it.

Fitness Minutes: 31,534

My Goals:
I would like to be able to run a 5K. Done 2/5/11 Heart Truth 5k The Dalles, OR Time: 36.34 minutes

Run a 5k again by the end of the year. Faster this time.

1.) Stay within my calorie range
2.) Continue with C25k
3.) Workout on days that I do not run
4.) Walk 10,000 steps per day.
5.) Be gentle with myself. Negativity be gone! : )

My Program:
SP - log my calories and daily fitness minutes.

Long Term Goal:

Run a half marathon
Be a size 8
My goal weight is 150.
