Hi there I just read a comment on a recipe. I was originally diagnosed Celiac. After extensive testing it was Yeast and wheat. My allergist tested for SPELT it does contain GLUTEN. Please be aware of that because it can cause problems with celiac I Looked it up just in case there was a change it has been a long time since I gave myself allergy shots for 12 years. I use spelt to make a loaf of bread it rises without Yeast if I use my processor. These days though I rarely eat any bread. I use lettuce wraps instead. Enjoy your day Pat in Maine.

Sounds like you have had a hectic couple of weeks. I hope your niece's baby is okay. 2 mos early is not easy on the baby or the mom. Keep us posted. We are praying for complete health for both baby and mom. Hope everything is going okay with the businesses. I think I have heard of it. I live in Arkansas.
