My name is Gloria I live in Texas I'm 44 very near my 45, married with 9 children... 12 grandchildren which I adore.. I know I will have a few more to go just don't know how many yet... I guess I've been over wt. all my life, I just never really saw myself that way, over wt. issues were never talked about in our home I remember my dad always saying his kids were beautiful because they were full figured never caught my mind that was what he was talking about. When I started having children that's when I started seeing myself over wt. I never tried to lose the wt. I thought it was impossible to do so. I remember almost reaching 300 lbs. at one point when I was on my 20's no one ever complained about my wt. my then husband liked it so I was ok with it. ( I wish I could of seen it then how bad I looked) At 25 I then started to try to lose the wt. BUT... the wrong way drinking some pills that were suppose to make you lose the wt. during your sleep, still eating like I've always been I did lose some wt. but never workout at all and still having children one every other yr. I had to stop drinking them. I stoped having children on 1994 then it seemed impossible for me to lose the wt. being a full time mom and wife. OK now... on 2008 all of my kids are all grown 1/2 of them married with their own family, I've set my mind into losing the wt. I started at 195lbs. and want to reach a goal wt. of 135 lbs.

My Goals:
My goal is to get back into my workouts like I was doing last yr. before I got so sick from the Arhritis and Fibro, I want to get back into my long distance joggs. Lose the 11 pounds I gained due to sickness, pain. Workout 5 days a week. Last but not least tone up.

My Program:
I use my treadmill 5 days a week 60 to 90 minutes in the morning, I jog as long as I can, and power walk each time I use it to a total of 5 to 6 miles, burning 400+to 500+ calories. Use wts. sometimes times during walking in my treadmill. Drink lots of water & try to watch what I eat, which is hard when I cook for a family of 9... BUT I do try my best...

I'm from Texas. My name is Gloria, Married with 12 children in all 5 are married now with family of thier own, I have 17 grandchildren and another on the way.. I'm a stay home mom..

Other Information:
I don't have favorites... I use the pc alot to look up ways to lose weight, fitness and such.. Mostly any thing I can read about it...
