Hi there, I'm 42, an Italian woman living in the Republic of Ireland, near Dublin. I got married in my hometown Rome on the 14th of May 2011 in a US size 4 dress. This achievement has been possible for me only thanks to Weight Watchers and Sparkpeople. I have been fat all my life (198/200 lbs) and never had a boyfriend until I nearly reached my goal with Weight Watchers. If I got married in a way, I owe it also to Weight Watchers and Spark. Losing weight is a life changing experience; be able to keep it off is a life changing experience. I just wish I had found out about Spark and WW many, many years ago!

Now, after a 5-year break due to having children, I am back to dieting again. I had problems breastfeeding and had to eat a high-calorie diet because of it; hence, my weight ballooned back to 94.8 Kg, aka 14 stone, 12 lb and 15.9716 oz, aka 208.9982 lbs and a UK size 20. My second son has just stopped breastfeeding, so I'm back dieting again. I lost nearly 4 lbs last week. Go me! :)

My Goals:
My goal now is to go back to less than 121 lbs again. it will take a while, but I'm up to the challenge. My kids need a yummy, healthy mummy!

My Program:
I will carry on using Sparks because it works and it's free!

Personal Information:
I was born in Rome on the 10th of July 1975. I moved to England in 2004 and here I discovered Weight Watchers, lost a lot of weight and met my current fiancé 3 and a half years ago. We've got married in Rome on the 14th of May 2011 and I have walked down the aisle in a US size 4 dress! I would never have dreamt that 7 years ago! It just shows that if you find the right diet for you, you CAN do it! I fell pregnant in 2012 and had my first baby in January 2013. then I had problems breastfeeding, a missed miscarriage, depression because of it, a new pregnancy, a new baby in 2015, more problems breastfeeding... and here I am back, 5 year later, back to even heavier than I started last time. never mind... it will go!

Other Information:
I love reading and writing fantasy stories and children's stories. I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter. And of course, I love my kids to bits :) they were worth every single ounce I gained!

    Sorry for the delayed response. I stayed away from my computer for the past week and am back today! The Thanksgiving holiday was nice. We went out of town, saw family and are happy to be back home. LOL

    Your workout sounds fantastic!I think it's broken down very, VERY well!! Looks great. How are the results so far?

    P.S. I completely agree with you. I really do want to have an app created for the site. Fingers crossed that it happens soon!!

    I love the wedding picture of you. (profile pic). You look SO lovely!!!

    How are things going? It's been so busy on this end but in a good way. That's awesome about the nail tech home based course! How's it going so far?

    Daily exercises for a half hour - way to go! I think it's good that you're doing modified push ups. In time, you'll be able to do the full ones. Practice and consistency are key, right?

    Nice job on incorporating running up and down the stairs! That's really awesome! You should be sure to stretch your legs before AND after that exercise to minimize the soreness.

    You mentioned that your arms are still less toned than you want then after working on them everyday. You should never work the same muscles two days in a row. As a matter of fact, new research suggests that you should wait up to 72 hours before targeting the same muscle groups.

    I do want to create an iPhone/Blackberry app for the website. I'm actually working with the creators to do that. It's so necessary.
