Well then, let's try this again.
I am a 38 year old married woman from Ontario who does not have any kids.
I work full time and am always busy. I wish I could slow my life down a bit...that would be a welcome change.

I feel like change is needed. I REALLY REALLY need a change. I need a life readjustment or sorts. I struggle to be positive. This past year has been really trying for me, and I feel really tired. I need to dust myself off and shake myself up a bit, so this is one way that I am going to start.
Another Sparker had this on her page, and it was something interesting to think about:
Losing weight is hard,
Maintaining weight is hard,
Staying fat is hard;

I found the following on Jinjerly's page, and it was a help to me, as I have been wondering how to get the "Lost ---Pounds" icon on my page for the last 4 months.
If you want the "LOST __ POUNDS WITH SPARKPEOPLE PICTURE" on your page, follow the instructions below:
1) Click "Edit My Spark Page" on the upper right side of your screen.
2) Then, click on one of your three pictures on the left side of your screen. A pop up box will appear.
3) Click on the link at the top right hand side of the page that says, in small letters, "also choose from our success gallery."

My Goals:
Here are some treat goals:
Down 10: Increase motivation
Down 20: Fit into a few more pairs of jeans in my closet

I need to think about this. What would motivate me?

My Program:
Go to the gym in the morning before work. Even on my most tired days, I can still walk on the treadmill and watch TV, can't I?
Leaving earlier helps me miss the traffic too.

Try to eat better, even when not exactly on the programme.

Exercise 5 days a week. Let's see how this goes!
