    Thank you for the blog comments! I'm definitely more fit. But this WAS a workout I don't often do, PLYO, and I was STUNNED because of how my muscles felt after it that I wasn't. I'm sure part of it was all the walking and things I did that day, and I'm sure part of it is my fitness level. I change up my workout regularly (every 6 weeks to 2 months) but thank you so much for the suggestions!
