Starting the journey over.


I have done this before, and I can do it again! I had a baby in October 2015... but my weight was an issue even before I got pregnant. These past few years I have become more sedentary and my eating habits are totally out of control. I am ready to make some changes for myself and my family. Goal 1: lose 100 lbs by the end of the year Rewards: 20lbs - Pedicure 40lbs - Hair salon day 60lbs - New jeans (I will need them!) 80 lbs - New Bras 100lbs - mini vacation

My Goals:
Goal 1: lose 100 lbs by the end of the year
Goal 2: get down to my wedding weight by my 10 year anniversary (Sept 2020)

My Program:
 The nutrition tracker has really helped me find a balance to my diet. I have dieted before and logged my calories on a spreadsheet, which helped, however I now realize that I was not taking into account the amount of protien, carbs and fat and other nutrients that are required as part of a healthy diet.


Personal Information:
I am 37 years old and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I am married to a wonderful man and I have two step-sons (ages 16 and 20) and a 3yo girl who is the absolute love of my life.
