Introduction Text I want my body to feel as young as I feel, not what my age says I should feel. The beginning....

I want to be able to tie my shoes without coming up for air once or twice. I want to play with my grandkids on the floor and be able to get up easily.

Oct 1, 2011 --- Re-commitment to my health goals.I AM doing bending and stretching. I again started walking! Track Food, Walk each day(some), drink my H2O, encourage my friends, be honest evaluating food habits.

While born in Ohio, I was raised in California, the oldest of 16 siblings, one of whom is deceased as are both parents. I am married (24 years 3/26/95) and our blended family includes 8 children (5 are mine) and 22 grandchildren.

My husband and I enjoy fishing and camping in the Eastern Sierras. We also belong to a bowling league. I enjoy gardening and just about any form of plant life. Family time is very important.
