Spinning is a lot of fun. I enjoyed it so much, I became an instructor. So, I can say with some authority that taking spinning three times a week along with everything else IS too much. If you want to spin, take it once a week.
You have to get out of this mindset that doing more exercise will speed up your weight loss. It won't. Weight loss or weight gain really does depend on eating right and watching your portions.
You can't outrun a bad diet with exercise. You really do have to do your best to modify your eating habits if you want to lose. 2558 days ago
