    Thanks for the info! I had one of my toes fused so certain things are difficult to do. I’ve resorted to a small peddle thing that can be used for legs & arms while sitting. I’m at least getting some exercise, but not enough to lose weight.

    Hi! I have limited mobility, meaning I can't stand long enough to do regular aerobic routine as I have a fused ankle that never healed right. I found a series called "Jodi Stolove's Chair Dancing." I have done several workouts and they really get your heart rate up without leaving your seat. I have done these on and off for years and I like them to break up my routine. The outfits are kookie but the exercises get work up a sweat. Hope this helps and Welcome to Spark People!
