    I saw your huddle. One dinner with bad choices is in the past now. If you want to make amends, do something good like look up the menu online and make a new dinner choice. Even if you never go back, it's good practice. And if you do go back, you'll be better educated. The look at yourself with grace and say "I forgive you". Then go outside for a walk, or walk inside or walk in place.

    While you're walking, plan 7 healthy meals in your head. When you're through with your walk jot them down, and voila you have a week's menu plan. Take your menu to the grocery store to use as a shopping list and to keep you from getting sidetracked while there.
