Time to Stop Starting Over!
I'm a 50+ reSparker with 10 lbs to lose. I have joined several times, but always succumb to carbs/sweets. Now that I'm getting up in years I find the weight is much harder to lose and really need to start buckling down.
I've joined the 2017 5% Winter Weight Challenge (Go Warriors) to kick-start my weight loss and reinforce good eating habits.
I'm a 50+ reSparker with 10 lbs to lose. I have joined several times, but always succumb to carbs/sweets. Now that I'm getting up in years I find the weight is much harder to lose and really need to start buckling down.

-Lose 10 lbs.
-Add strength training and yoga to my exercise routine.
My Program:
Exercise most days, alternating strength training with cardio and yoga. Staying away from pre-processed snacks.
Following the Beck Diet Solution to help modify my behaviors.
Personal Information:
Married, late in life Mom to two great kids.
Other Information:
I'm trying to learn Mandarin Chinese. I'm a Scifi and HP fan, lover of books, and scientist by training. I love biking and hiking, but don't do enough of either one.
